About Us
Our locally-based Primary Care Providers, often called PCPs (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants) care for elderly and other adult patients who need easily accessible primary care services in the safety, privacy, and comfort of their place of residence. We can ease the burden of those having difficulty getting out to the doctor, as well as help families and caregivers. BeLoved Medical's primary care model establishes close relationships with their patients and develops a deep understanding of their social and clinical needs.

Who We Serve
BeLoved Medical providers see patients who live in retirement, nursing, and memory care facilities in Oregon’s Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. We accept Medicare and Medicaid and are in-network with many insurance payers.
How It Works
When you speak with our team, we will review the goals of making the transition to our service, ensure that you are located within our service area, verify insurance, and work to obtain consents and health history forms. Once we have verified that the service will meet your needs, and obtain the signed consents, we will schedule your first appointment. Follow up appointments will be coordinated by your provider.
